2. Products and Sales

2.1 Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including VocaSpark flashcards. However, colors, images, and text on the website may vary slightly due to differences in display settings or printing.

2.2 Pricing

• All prices are listed in euros.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may have additional terms that will be specified at the time of the offer.

2.3 Orders and Payment

• Orders are processed upon successful payment. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card or PayPal.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2.4 Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on location and the time/day when the order is placed. Ie. If the order is not placed during a business day it may take longer to arrive.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for replacements due to the insertion of the wrong address during checkout.

2.5 Returns and Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the case of failed delivery or any other mistake on our part that may present a reason for a refund.

3. Private Lessons

3.1 Booking and Payment

• Private lessons are booked in advance via e-mail or phone call.
• Payments for lessons must be made at the time of booking and then in the first day of each month when purchasing a monthly pack of lessons.
• Prices for lessons are listed on the website and are subject to change.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24h notice;
• Rescheduled lessons have to happen within the same month of the purchased pack;
• Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show, the lesson will be forfeited without refund.

3.3 Lesson Policies

• Lessons are conducted via Google Meetings.
• It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their device, internet connection, and software are functional before the lesson begins.
• If the instructor is unable to conduct the lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of VocaSpark. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• VocaSpark is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
• Our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or lesson in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
